Traditional cement-based grout is porous which means dirt, soap residue and grime can settle into the surface instead of just sitting on top. That’s why mopping alone usually won’t bring dirty grout back up properly.
For a better result, you need the right cleaning product, enough dwell time, and a firm grout brush to work the grime out of the grout lines. The goal isn’t to scrub as hard as possible - it’s to loosen the build-up first, then agitate it properly and remove the dirty residue.

f the grout has already been properly cleaned and the grime is gone but staining remains, bleach may help lighten the discolouration. Apply bleach carefully to the grout only, place tissue over the area to help keep it in contact, then lightly re-wet the tissue with bleach and leave it to work.
Afterwards, rinse the area thoroughly with clean water.
Always test a small area first and make sure the surrounding tile, grout colour and surface are suitable for bleach.

Oh my goodness. Where has this product been all my life? I have tried so many things to clean my black laminate cupboards and I couldn't find anything that worked. Shyne Grime Lifter is as amazing as they say. No effort just soak and then rinse. My stove top looks like new, soapy water just wasn't lifting all the sticky grease on the black , but shyne certainly has and no elbow grease required. Super happy. Give it a go!.
