Order Processing

All orders placed Monday to Thursday are packed and shipped within 24 hours (next business day).

Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday & Tuesday.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Your peace of mind matters to us. At checkout, you’ll have the option to purchase shipping insurance to cover your order in the unlikely event it’s lost or stolen after delivery.

Once your parcel has been scanned as “delivered” by the carrier, SHYN is no longer responsible for loss or theft unless you’ve chosen delivery insurance.
