Order Processing

• All orders placed Monday to Thursday are packed and shipped within 24 hours (next business day).

• Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday & Tuesday.

• You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Options

We offer a choice of trusted carriers so you can select the one that suits you best:

• Australia Post – including Express Post for faster delivery.

• Aramex

Delivery Insurance

Your peace of mind matters to us. At checkout, you’ll have the option to purchase shipping insurance to cover your order in the unlikely event it’s lost or stolen after delivery.

In over 5 years, this has only happened once — but we believe in giving you the choice and security.

Things to Keep in Mind

• Delivery times depend on your location and chosen carrier.

• Express Post is the fastest option if you need your order urgently.

• Once your parcel has been scanned as “delivered” by the carrier, SHYN is no longer responsible for loss or theft unless you’ve chosen delivery insurance.
