Where to use

The Tersano iClean mini produces stabilised aqueous ozone (SAO), which is safe for many surfaces while still acting as a cleaner, deodoriser, and sanitiser. It can be used on hard, non-porous surfaces such as stainless steel, glass, ceramic tiles, stone benchtops, laminate, chrome, and sealed timber.

It’s also suitable for kitchen surfaces including sinks, benchtops, cutting boards, and appliances, as well as bathroom areas like taps, toilets, mirrors, shower screens, and glazed tiles.

The iClean mini can be used on sealed hardwood, vinyl, tile, and stone floors, and is ideal for high-touch points including door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, desks, and handrails.

Avoid unsealed wood, unfinished stone, or delicate fabrics unless the manufacturer confirms they can be cleaned with water, and always patch-test on a small, inconspicuous area before full use, especially for specialty finishes.

The Tersano iClean mini water filter cartridge typically lasts up to 3 months under normal household or light commercial use. Lifespan can vary depending on how often the unit is used and the quality of your water supply—heavier daily use or harder water may shorten the cartridge’s life.

The water filter cartridge is essential for removing impurities before the water is transformed into stabilised aqueous ozone (SAO). Replacing it on time ensures your iClean mini continues to deliver the highest cleaning and sanitising performance.

How To Apply

Before starting, make sure your Tersano iClean mini is turned off and unplugged from the power source for safety.

Detach the water tank from the unit to access the filter compartment.

Locate the water filter cartridge—usually positioned inside or near the water tank connection point—and remove it by twisting or pulling it out, depending on your model.

Dispose of the old cartridge according to your local recycling or waste guidelines.

Align the new cartridge with the connection point and twist or push it in firmly until it is secure.

Reattach the water tank, ensuring it clicks or locks into position.

Fill the tank with clean water and run the unit for 30–60 seconds to flush the new cartridge before resuming normal use.

Worth every dollar! Couldn’t get the fingerprints off until i purchased the degreaser. Highly recommend for black cupboards.

I am flabbergasted at the difference in my range hood chimney. To be honest I thought it was already clean but since I was doing the rest of the kitchen I thought I’d do it to. Oh my, look at the difference in colour! Now I have to find a ladder to do the rest. I LOVE Shyn products!

Does SHYN Degreaser work on the oven?

Not like you hope it will, i don't recommend using really heavy duty (killer) products because they're dangerous, but they work in the oven better than any of my products. Short answer is yes it will but it's a slower process.

Can I remove the hard water marks on my shower screen?

If you can feel the marks with your finger, yes. If you can't feel the marks 99% of the time, no. What product do I recommend, SHYN Paste

How can I brighten up my grout?

If it's stained apply some bleach onto the grout, then apply tissue onto the bleach, then soak with bleach and leave for 3 hours. If it's not stained or you're not sure try the SHYN Paste and a grout brush. If that won't work nothing will except bleach.

Why are there streaks when I clean?

1. You haven't used the right cloth to absorb the water fast enough - SHYN Drying Cloth

Or you have chemical residue left behind. Remove it using a wet magic eraser and remove the remaining residue using the SHYN Ultimate Microfibre.
