WHEN THE MAGIC ERASER FALLS SHORT

While the magic eraser is a powerful cleaning tool, it may not be suitable for every type of floor. If your floors have deep crevices, you may find that the magic eraser falls short in getting into every nook and cranny.

For floors with crevices, we recommend using a brush scrubber or hard bristle broom. These tools are specifically designed to help you get into the crevices and remove dirt and grime effectively.

By using the right tools for your floors, you can ensure that every inch of your space is clean and looking its best.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU USE THE MAGIC ERASER

To keep your floors spotless, it's important to use the right cleaning tools and techniques. When it comes to the magic eraser, how often you need to use it will depend on the type of floors you have.

For rough tiles or outdoor tiles, you may need to use the magic eraser every time you clean. However, using water alone can be an effective way to maintain the cleanliness of these floors.

For most floors, using the magic eraser is a one-time solution. Once you remove the buildup, regular maintenance won't require this tool. You may want to use it around the edges of the floors every few months to maintain cleanliness, but that's typically all that's needed.

By understanding how often to use the magic eraser, you can keep your floors looking their best without over-cleaning or damaging them in the process.

When using the doodle bug attachment for the magic eraser, there are a few things to keep in mind to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

First, at the bottom of the attachment, you'll notice a black plastic sheet that holds the fabric part of the sponge in place. It's important to be gentle when removing the sponge to avoid damaging the black part. Simply hold onto the black plastic sheet with your hand while removing the sponge. While it may be tough to remove, this is a good thing, as it ensures that the eraser won't fall off during cleaning.

Additionally, there is a small blue plastic part that clips the doodlebug onto the pole. While this part is not particularly strong, it's important to handle it with care when removing and attaching the grip pad holder. By being mindful and gentle with these components, you can ensure that your magic eraser and doodle bug will last for many uses to come.

HEAVY DUTY CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

To effectively clean heavy build up on floors for the first time, follow these steps:

  1. Apply the SHYN degreaser onto the floor using a microfibre mop, flat mop or the wall cleaning tool.
  2. Agitate/ remove the grime using the WET magic eraser on your floor cleaning tool
  3. Remove the residue with a wet, but wrung out microfibre mop.
  4. Make sure you rinse to remove the grime out of the magic eraser as soon as it's black

  • Check to see if you've missed any spots on the floor, and go over those areas again if necessary.
  • If all else fails, try using boiling water with your microfibre mop instead of warm water.
