While this pad can be used on floors, we generally recommend the SHYN Magic Eraser Floor Tool for easier floor movement and control during regular floor cleaning.

Step 1 - Start With Microfibre First

Always begin by testing the surface with a SHYN Microfibre cloth and SHYN Degreaser first.

Microfibre should always be your first step within the SHYN Cleaning Method.

Step 2 - Use The Magic Eraser If Buildup Remains

If the grime, marks, or buildup do not release properly with microfibre alone, switch to the SHYN 40cm Magic Eraser Pad.

This pad is designed to help remove stubborn residue and heavily built-up grime from large surface areas faster and with less physical scrubbing.

Step 3 - Fully Wet The Magic Eraser

The Magic Eraser Pad must be used wet but not wet enough that excess water is releasing during use.

This is extremely important.

A heavily wet Magic Eraser helps:
✔ release grime properly
✔ reduce friction during cleaning
✔ improve glide across surfaces
✔ release grime easily

Highly polished or glossy surfaces that may dull or scratch

Unsealed or unfinished wood that can absorb water or show marks

Delicate painted finishes where aggressive abrasion could remove paint

Surfaces that cannot be cleaned with water

Textured or rough surfaces that may shred or damage the pad
