First Time Clean - Textured Floors
HOW IT WORKS:
What you need:
- SHYN Degreaser (diluted in bucket)
- Power Scrub Pad + Wall & Floor Tool
- Microfibre Mop Heads (x2)
- Bucket with clean water

Step-by-step
1. Prepare your solution
Add SHYN Degreaser to your bucket and dilute 50/50
Using a microfibre mop head, apply the solution directly from the bucket onto the floor.
👉 This avoids spraying and keeps the process safe while still applying product evenly.
2. Agitate the surface properly
Agitate the surface properly
Using the Power Scrub Pad, apply light to medium pressure and work across the surface using back-and-forth and circular motions to break down grime and buildup effectively.
👉 Important: The pad must be wet at all times
👉 Rinse the pad after each room to release built-up grime
This step is what breaks down and removes the buildup.
3. Lift and remove residue
Using a clean microfibre mop head, go over the area to lift:
- Loosened grime
- Remaining product residue
👉 This is where the floor is actually cleaned
Important notes:
- Keep the Pad wet at all times
- Rinse the microfibre mop regularly to avoid spreading grime
- Always agitate - this is what removes buildup
- The microfibre mop is used to lift and remove, not scrub
What to expect:
- Built-up residue removed properly
- No streaking or dull patches
- Floors feel clean, not sticky
- No need to repeatedly clean the same area
